This is a one-of-a-kind Savannah experience that begins as you walk up the stairs of the former Keyton Mansion into a lounge that dazzles with eclectic furnishings like a Versace leopard-skin print chair, a suitable spot for a long power lunch or a romantic dinner. You will have a delectable meal made from regionally-inspired cuisine utilizing fresh local produce. As an appetizer, the scallops with asparagus and mushrooms with a vanilla sauce are sublime. The Moroccan-spiced rack of lamb is one of the best entrées, but the lime-and-whiskey-marinated snapper, pan-seared with herb grits and tomatillo/lime sauce, is also divine. Leopold's has made the restaurant its own luscious ice cream flavor, "Old Savannah." Breakfast is also served daily, and the Sunday brunch is a local favorite for special occasions.
