Jazz'd Tapas Bar is a chic, basement venue featuring a range of local artists are featured from Tuesday through Saturday. The tapas menu has healthy, contemporary small plates, and is one of the city's best values; the place usually opens at 4. No one under 21 can enter once the kitchen closes (10 pm weekdays, midnight on weekends); there's never a cover.
