Fodor's Review

Shimmering stained glass, stunning woodwork, and magnificent decor make this old-time pharmacy one of the most handsome settings in town, and the menu is as groomed as the atmosphere. Delectable sandwiches and salads are the main bill of fare, and winners include the classic chicken salad with mandarin orange souffle and the croque monsieur on challah bread. For more ambitious selections, opt for the ratatouille and shrimp orzo, served with locally caught wild Georgia shrimp. Of course, this is the place for traditional afternoon high tea, and few competitors can beat the expansive range of teas, from English breakfast to Black Dragon oolong.
