This gourmet restaurant serves meals in two cozy dining rooms in this more than 100-year-old lodge. Dishes are prepared with fresh herbs grown on the premises and local microgreens and produce. Entrées range from boneless filet of rainbow trout and herb-crusted rack of New Zealand lamb to macadamia-crusted chicken breast. Portions are large, but there's a charge to share. For lighter fare, try crab cakes, portobello mushrooms, and sea scallops or a variety of creative salads. Strong service and entrée presentation are a staple.
