Many restaurants talk about "farm to table," but Farm 255 actually lives it. Most of the staff also works at the restaurant's organic farm outside town. The result is amazingly fresh, seasonal dishes simply prepared. The airy dining room and open kitchen are in keeping with the restaurant's philosophy of reconnecting people with their food. The menu changes frequently, but two staples are the harvest plate featuring the day's best vegetables, and the burger made from the
farm's own grass-fed beef.
