Started in part by a Restaurant Eugene alum, Holeman and Finch helped revitalize Atlanta's drink scene with its custom "tinctures" and classic cocktails. It also unleashed a local appetite for house-made charcuterie (the city's best might be right here)—and had a big hand in the burger craze that swept the city a few years back, thanks to the limited availability of its popular double-patty cheeseburger.
