    making you feel at home

From the moment I entered the Sheraton in Atlanta, I was struck by the genuine warmth of everyone I met -- from the desk clerk to the maids in the hallway. Smiles that were honest. Everyone truly seemed to care about whether I was having a good time. By my third night there, I knew people's names, and I had met the manager. It was obvious after that meeting that he had a hand in making sure that his visitors got the royal treatment. I don't know what kind of training they require of their staff, but whatever it is, it made me feel at home.

    Hospitality Plus

We attended a convention at this hotel in August 2012, our first trip to Atlanta; we were amazed at the hospitality and outstanding service from the staff and everyone we met. The hotel was walking distance to the Olympic Village, the World of Coca-Cola, and we thoroughly enjoyed this visit.
