The menu at this cozy upscale bistro changes almost daily, and it's kept short and sweet. Think chilled cucumber and almond soup followed by wood-grilled duck. The five- and seven-course tasting menus feature exceptionally flavorful surprises (literally—they don't tell you what's in store). A recent chef's tasting included wood-smoked pork belly and lacquered quail with smoky greens, caramelized onion grits, and crackling pork skins.
