The culinary traditions of South Carolina inspire the dishes served at this cheerful restaurant. This is the place to get fried green tomatoes with goat cheese, she-crab soup, or buttermilk fried chicken. The chef prepares catfish in many intriguing ways. Crab hash, served with poached eggs and chive hollandaise, is a classic. Don't miss the chocolate pecan tart.     South City Kitchen Review

    Great little restaurant in the Midtown area. The food was really good. The host was very welcoming when we arrived, but our server was only so-so. Delicious she-crab soup and reasonably priced lunch options. The restaurant had a "house" feel to it and was clean.
