Located within the sprawling grounds of the Chateau Elan Winery and Resort, this cozy eatery offers more than just a great glass of wine from grapes grown on-site. The pasta frutti de mare is divine, chock-full of seafood and topped with a cream tomato sauce. Their salad of smoked grapes and fava beans with halloumi cheese and lemon thyme vinaigrette strikes the right balance between sweet and savory. After dinner, visit the wine market for a take-home bottle and vino-inspired gifts. The French country resort is also a great place to stay, with four championship golf courses, a teaching kitchen, ropes course, nature trails, and a spa.
