Fodor's Review:

Bring your biggest appetite when visiting this legendary barbecue restaurant and country music venue where everything is homemade, from the sausages to the pickles. Belly up to the long picnic tables for some of the region's best ribs, smoked meats, and cabin bread. There's even a delicious vegetarian option: the pit-cooked portabello mushroom sandwich with smoked gouda and fried green tomatoes. The place gets packed, so be prepared to wait on the homey front porch. If you want to catch the music, call ahead for a reservation.
