Sugo Restaurant and Tapas

Sugo Restaurant and Tapas Review

This romantic restaurant, part of a small chain, has Spanish-red walls, flowing tapestries, and stone urns filled with fresh tomatoes and pasta. Try the Tuscan pork tenderloin, served with cannellini beans, crispy, pancetta-like guanciale, braised pork shoulder, and a zucchini and artichoke dressing. The dishes are derived from the Greek-Italian background of owner Federico Castellucci, the fourth generation to run this family-owned restaurant.
