Atlanta Daily World Building

Fodor's Review:

This simple two-story brick building, banded with a white frieze of lion heads, was constructed in the early 1900s. Since 1945 it has housed one of the nation's oldest black newspapers. Publisher M. Alexis Scott is the granddaughter of William A. Scott II, who founded the paper in 1928.
