Tamarind Seed Review

All that is good about Thai flavors—refreshing lime, spicy basil, hot peppers, cooling coconut, and smoky fish sauces—comes through at this standout known for excellent service. Favorite dishes include chicken with green curry and sea bass with three-flavor sauce. Meals are served in a simple, subdued, but elegant setting.

    Great Thai in Midtown

    Just great Thai. Owned by the same folks as the pricier Nan nearby, Tamarind Seed gives you great Thai at a more reasonable price point. Service is good. Valet parking offered. The parking garage at Colony Square gives you a parking alternative. A great pre-show option or a way to end the day in Piedmont Park.
