A scrappy yet delightful first stop on the East Atlanta bar scene, the Earl has a hearty menu of classic pub food, as well as a few entrées that are more innovative, such as jerk tuna. A favorite here is the "Greenie Meanie Chicken," a char-grilled chicken breast topped with roasted poblano peppers and salsa verde. Pass through to the stage and bar in the back, and you'll get a chance to see the country's best up-and-coming indie acts.
