The hardwood floors, dark-wood paneling, and pictures of former Miami Dolphins coach Don Shula make this restaurant resemble an annex of the NFL Hall of Fame. Among the best selections are the porterhouse and prime rib. Finish the 48-ounce porterhouse and you get a football with your picture on it, but it's not easy to eat three pounds of red meat at one sitting unless you're a polar bear. The least expensive steak is still hefty at 16 ounces and $38. If you're not a carnivore, go for the Norwegian salmon, the Florida snapper, or the huge (up to 4 pounds) Maine lobster (market price). For dessert, the molten lava chocolate cake is a worthy choice.
