To replace the energy you've no doubt depleted by miles of theme-park walking, you can load up on carbs at this casual Italian restaurant that looks like an old warehouse. Good main courses include Italian sausage served atop rigatoni pasta with tomato basil sauce, and grilled salmon with sun-dried tomato pesto, or the oven-roasted chicken Parmesan over spaghetti. Wood-fired flatbreads are available as an entrée choice here (a great bargain at $12) with toppings ranging from pepperoni to grilled chicken with sun-dried tomato pesto. The sangria, available by the carafe, flows generously. One of the best desserts is the warm chocolate truffle cake. Ask for the Fantasmic! dinner package if you want priority seating for the show.

I was at this restaurant the other day with 7 other people in my party and the restaurant was fairly crowded and we got our lunch in less than 10 minutes plus the food was great.
