With the best Canadian wine cellar in the state, this charming eatery with stone arches and dark-wood paneling has a good selection of Canadian beer as well. Aged beef is king, although many steaks appear only on the dinner menu. The chefs have chosen a representative menu for a fixed price dinner for $37 for adults (and an $8 menu for kids). The prix-fixe menu for adults has choices ranging from pan-seared salmon to porcini mushroom ravioli. But you can also go à la carte. If you're a carnivore, go for the herb-crusted prime rib. Even though the menu changes periodically (gone are the buffalo steaks, alas), they always have the pan-seared Canadian salmon and free-range chicken with a mustard marinade. For a light meal, try the Prince Edward Island mussels, or a bowl of the hearty beef and barley soup. Desserts pay tribute to the land up north with a crème brûlée made with maple sugar, and a Canadian Club chocolate cake.

This was the best food I have ever had at WDW. It was well worth the money.
