Fodor's Review:

This place used to have one of the longest lines in Pleasure Island, as patrons flocked to see the movie memorabilia assembled by celebrity owners like Schwarzenegger, Stallone, and Willis. The wait has been abated by a system that allows you to sign in, take a number, and get an assigned time window to return. The restaurant-bar covers 20,000 square feet if you count the indoor waterfall. The most popular menu item here is still the burger (the barbecue-bacon-cheddar version is the best). Also notable are the grilled specialties, including the New York strip steak, salmon, ribs, fajitas and Philly steak sandwiches. You can also indulge in unusual pastas and salads. Also worthy are the smoothies as well as and a wide variety of frozen alcoholic drinks.

We went there because a trip we booked for Disney included a free entree from the place... how could you go wrong with something free? Well paying for the other non-free food is a start. My wife got rather upset with our daughter for not eating her food - until she tasted it. Needless to say we ended up taking our daughter to a McDonalds for something to eat because their food was simply bad. Service was okay but a waiter can't make food that is bad magically become good. Since that time we have gotten at least 3 more coupons for a free entree during out trips to Disney, and all them end up in the trash.

Our waitress spilled a glass of water in my lap, which she attributed to the closeness of the tables in the space. She sent her manager to see us, who promptly offered nothing for the inconvenience of sitting, wet, while we dined. The food was average, which made the experience even worse.

We plan to visit Disney World often since we live so close; however, we will never return to Planet Hollywood.
