Set in a faux riverboat docked in a lagoon between Pleasure Island and the Marketplace, this fish house offers fine, if expensive, dining. The signature seafood is flown in daily. Dungeness crab from the Pacific coast, Alaskan king crab, Florida stone crab: it's all fresh. Start with the crab and lobster bisque, then try one of the many combination entrées like the gulf shrimp and crab cake platter. If you have no budget constraints, go for Louis Fulton's Ultimate Crab and Lobster Experience for two, which includes generous servings of Alaskan king crab, snow crab, and golden crab, plus a 1¼-pound Maine lobster, for $42 a person. Also excellent and in that upper echelon price range is the lobster Narragansett, which includes a whole 1¼-pound Maine lobster, stuffed with shrimp and scallops and served with red skin potatoes. Or if you really want to shell out the bucks, try the king crab claws and lobster dinner. Lunch is considerably less expensive than dinner.
