Fodor's Review:

A red-and-white lighthouse helps you find your way through this marina-style resort. Freestanding villas resemble turn-of-the-20th-century Key West houses, with white clapboard siding and private balconies that overlook the waterways winding through the grounds. The one-, two-, or three-bedroom houses have whirlpools in the master bedrooms, full-size kitchens (which could save you a fortune on food if you shop at an off-site grocery store), washers and dryers, and patios. The 2,265-square-foot three-bedroom grand villas accommodate up to 12 adults—so bring some friends. The resort is part of the Disney Vacation Club network, but rooms are rented to anyone when they're available. A ferry service will transport you across the lake to Downtown Disney, which can be a fun experience in itself. Pros : quiet and romantic; abundance of accommodations with whirlpool baths. Cons : distances between rooms and restaurants, recreation facilities, bus stops.

As DVC members, this is the only place we stay at Disney. The rooms are spacious and have that laid-back feel. It is beautiful and there isn't a bad view in any room.
