Strange but good brews, like Pale Rocket Red Ale, Southern Flyer Light Lager, and Gadzooks Pilsner, abound here at Walt Disney World's only microbrewery. You can dine inside among the giant copper brewing tanks, or sip your suds outside on the lake-view patio. The menu emphasizes meat and fish, with pork ribs slow-cooked in red barbecue sauce, a flame-grilled meat loaf made with ground beef and Italian sausage, and grilled Atlantic salmon fillet with dill butter. The garlic-mashed potatoes are a perfect accompaniment.
