Aged beef, the attraction at this casual steak house in the upscale Yacht and Beach Club, can be seen mellowing in the glassed-in butcher shop near the entryway. The chefs are proud of their beef in this woodsy, family-friendly spot, and the quality seems to prove it. Meats are hand-cut on the premises. The 12-ounce New York strip with peppercorn-brandy sauce and white cheddar twice-baked potato is quite tasty, but at $49, it's not soft on the wallet. Other menu options include porterhouse, filet mignon, and a fish dish, such as ahi tuna with barley congee and Thai green curry. An artisanal cheese platter and nice selections of dessert wines and scotches round out the menu.
