Built to resemble Rome's Colosseum, this 1,000-seat restaurant is the largest of the hundred-odd Hard Rocks in the world, but getting a seat at lunch or dinner can still require a long wait. The music is always loud and the walls are filled with rock memorabilia. The chain underwent a massive menu overhaul in 2014. Burgers are made from ground beef and brisket. Barbecued meats are smoked on site. And entrees include a cowboy rib-eye and grilled Norwegian salmon. Imbibers
might enjoy the Air Mexico, a sampling of three flavored margairtas served with chips and salsa.
