Woody Woodpecker's Nuthouse Coaster

Woody Woodpecker's Nuthouse Coaster Review

Unlike the maniacal coasters that put you through zero-g rolls and inversions, this is a low-speed, mild-thrill version (top speed 22 mph) that makes it a safe bet for younger kids (who must be at least 36 inches tall) and action-phobic adults. It races (a relative term) through a structure that looks like a gadget-filled factory; the cars are shipping crates—some labeled "mixed nuts," others "salted nuts," and some tagged "certifiably nuts." Children generally love this low-level introduction to thrill rides (which is duplicated at Flight of the Hippogriff at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter). For people with disabilities: Guests using wheelchairs must transfer to a ride vehicle. Use Express Pass and/or come at park closing, when most little ones have gone home.
