Downtown St. Pete's bursting art revival is epitomized at this nonprofit, formerly known as Florida Craftsmen Gallery, that gives 125 artisans from throughout the state a chance to exhibit glassware, jewelry, furniture, and more. (Think: a vivid coral reef seascape made entirely out of yarn. Stuff like that.) While you're here, take a stroll along Central Avenue's 600 block for a real glimpse into downtown St. Pete's fresh, burgeoning art scene. The gallery is open Monday through Saturday, from 10 to 5:30 but stays open late for the famed Second Saturday Art Walk.
