St. Armand's Circle is a pretty bustling place in the daytime, but the action continues into the wee hours—if you know where to find it. This bar, which is upstairs from the popular upscale Italian restaurant of the same name, has an excellent martini list and plenty of live music, namely salsa on weekends.
