Hilton Clearwater Beach Review

Some $26 million in renovations have given this marquee property a clean, modern look without losing the Clearwater Beach vibe, and staying here may be a little less pricey than you might expect. The lobby and bar, which now offer excellent views of the beach and pool, have a clean, Ikea-inspired casual-chic vibe. The rooms, which are a little small, have an elegantly simple look and feel; the higher your floor, the better your views. This hotel is also right next to Clearwater Beach's revered Pier 60, which offers nightly sunset celebrations replete with performers and local artisans. Parking is ample.

    We loved it

    We live 45 min away. When our AC broke, I got sick of the landlord's lies re when it would be fixed, so we pricelined a room at the beach. Turned out we had a really happy staycation, so nice we are recommending it to acquaintances from out of town and might stay there again ourselves.
    We ate in the restaurant, spent a day back & forth between the pools & beach, loved the volleyball and other simple games on the sand. My son thought the ping pong table and mini basketball hoop were a great arcade (note: he's 9), there's a tiki bar on the beach and another bar (with apps) in the pool area.
    The rooms were nice, housekeeping was good, no problems with anything functioning...all we needed was there!
    We also LOVE the Italian restaurant on the street side of the hotel. It's not affiliated with Hilton, just rents the space, but it is G O O D.
