Siesta Key Village doesn't shut down after the dinner crowd vacates its eateries. To the contrary, there are quite a few places to grab a beverage or two. Blase is a good pick if you're in a martini mood. Though the café has some pretty sophisticated fare, you can be dressed casual if you want to belly up to the circular bar.
