A happy hour mecca for hip young professionals, Fly Bar and Restaurant offers an intriguing selection of creative cocktails. Consider the Huck Cinn, made from huckleberry vodka, cinnamon syrup, and fresh lemon. East of Eden is a cocktail consisting of bison grass vodka, Calvados, and chai syrup. The list goes on.
