Postcard Inn Review

Take a Waikiki surf shack from back in Duke's day, shake it up with a little Miami chic (circa 1955), and give it a clean modern twist—that's this ultrahip beachfront hotel to a T. This place was the toast of the beaches when it opened in early 2010, and it's easy to see why. There's really nothing like it around. Every room here is unique; each furnished with a different antique lamp, rustic but refurbished dressers, and vintage surf memorabilia. The quirky vintage decor is balanced by the crisp white linens covering the beds. The hotel's restaurants and bars, fire pits, Olympic-size swimming pool, outdoor pool, Ping-Pong table, and vintage photo booth make this a superfun destination for pretty much anyone who's up for something out of the ordinary.
