Although it's in a strip mall and somewhat hidden from view, this place has been serving good vittles and attracting a faithful following of locals for two decades. The dining room is open but quiet, letting tablemates converse without shouting. The menu is diverse, ranging from staples such as pork fried rice and egg foo young to crispy prawns with pecans and seven stars around the moon (chicken, scallops, shrimp, lobster, and pork swimming in vegetables). The hot-and-sour soup and spring rolls are good starters. Despite its popularity, you'll rarely have to wait for a table.
