Fodor's Review:

This is one of our favorite budget eateries in Tampa. The cafeteria-style line can be a bit slow, but the tasty home cooking—roast pork, chicken and yellow rice, and more—fills the void. If you prefer something a little more casual, just inside the front door you can order a pressed Cuban sandwich. You can dine in with the locals or take out.
