Sunsets and gulf views are the bait that hooks regulars as well as travelers who find their way to this somewhat hidden St. Pete Beach pit stop. Dating to 1977, it's mainly heralded as a watering hole where you can hoist a cold one while munching on one of the area's better grouper sandwiches. (Speaking of this sweet white fish, it's the real deal here, which isn't a guarantee in some restaurants recently exposed for selling cheaper fish billed as grouper.) There's also a range of seafood and steak entrées. The aforementioned sunsets are best seen from the rooftop sundeck.

the last time I went here, my fish sandwich was overpriced and I took a bite before noticing that there was mold on the bread. Won't go back again.
