Marchand's Bar & Grill Review

Opened in 1925, this wonderful restaurant in the posh Renaissance Vinoy Resort has frescoed ceilings and a spectacular view of Tampa Bay. Upscale and special-occasion diners are drawn to Marchand's by an imaginative menu, which changes often and has recently embraced a farm-to-table approach. You'll always see salmon and cornish game hen on the menu. More recent additions include gluten-free and veggie options, such as a squash and corn taco. For early birds, the 1925 menu (named for the year the hotel originally opened) offers a four-course meal for just—as you may have guessed—$19.25. Sushi is available Thursday through Saturday. The wine list is extensive, including a number of by-the-glass selections.
