Marchand's Bar & Grill Review
Opened in 1925, this wonderful eatery in the posh Renaissance Vinoy Resort has frescoed ceilings and a spectacular view of Tampa Bay. Upscale and special-occasion diners are drawn to Marchand's by an imaginative menu. A visit might offer crayfish mac-n-cheese or free-range chicken stuffed with bacon and goat cheese. The menu changes quite a bit, but mainstays include the crab cake and calamari. The wine list is extensive, including a number of by-the-glass selections. There's live jazz Friday and Saturday nights.
