Downtown St. Pete's bursting art revival is epitomized at Florida Craftsmen Galleries, a nonprofit that gives 125 local crafts people a chance to exhibit glassware, jewelry, furniture, and more. (Think: a vivid coral reef seascape made entirely out of yarn. Stuff like that.) While you're here, take a stroll along Central Avenue's 600 block for a real glimpse into downtown St. Pete's fresh, burgeoning art scene. The gallery is open Monday through Saturday, from 10 to 5:30.
