The 35,000-square-foot Tampa Museum of Art has an impressive permanent collection of Greek and Roman antiquities and 20th- to 21st-century sculpture, along with five galleries that host traveling exhibits, which range from contemporary to classical.

Another small art museum, about on a par with the modest sized analog in St. Pete. Modest collection, not really a must-see. Nice porch area out back with view of the river. Overpriced for what it is.
