Enjoy the flowering gardens while dining alfresco on the outdoor patio on the dock at Market #48 or in one of two casually elegant dining rooms. An ever-evolving menu highlights Florida seafood, such as Gulf mangrove snapper served with a side of tropical fruit jam and habañero potatoes. A popular dish is the "lazy" Maine lobster, served without a shell with stewed San Marzano tomatoes and crushed chilis. The tuna (bigeye, yellowfin, and more) is flown in from Hawaii. It's Florida the way it should be: you can watch as dolphins swim past while blue herons lounge on the dock.
