Count on high-quality cuisine that fuses, as its name reflects, a personality split between chopstick cuisine and fine cuts of meat. Ultrasophisticated yet resort-wear casual, it draws everyone from young business folk to local retirees. Sushi and Pacific Rim inspirations such as beef satay and teriyaki-glazed sea bass represent its Asian persuasion; dry-aged T-bone, fillets, and prime rib, its meaty side. They come together in the panko-crusted pork porterhouse. Dine inside with a view of the kitchen or, at the Bonita Springs branch, alfresco in the courtyard.

Our family goes to Naples often, and this time, we ate at Chops on a recommendation from a friend; we weren't expecting much...and boy were we surprised! The decor was modern, and the open kitchen helped maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Our chicken skewers appetizer was phenomenal, and our 3 filet were very flavorful, though mine came a bit closer to medium well than medium.
Prices were a bit high, but worth it.
That said, it was a great meal!

I ate dinner with here with my wife. She had the fillet which was very tasty. The onion rings served with it were a throw away item. I had the sea bass which was very good with a lobster stir fry which was good an intriguing taste. Our server was very good. The prices were a little on the high side.

Party of four, everything was exceptional. Request for more bread a little slow in filling, but overall service was great. Overcooked one steak, but took it back and replaced it. Would love to go back.
