Salute Ristorante Sul Mare

Fodor's Review:

This colorful restaurant sits on Higgs Beach, giving it one of the island's best lunch views—and a bit of sand and salt spray on a windy day. The dinner menu includes inventive homemade pasta dishes like cappellini with calamari, capers, olives, and tomatoes, or linguine with shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, and basil. Start with a salad of mixed greens, feta, artichoke hearts, olives, and roasted red pepper or the white bean soup with grilled bread. At lunch there are bruschetta, antipasti sandwich, and clams marinara, as well as a fresh-fish sandwich.
