" eat. drink. fish." is the slogan on the back of the staff's T-shirts. What could better sum up a Keys attitude? Occupying a historic Conch house with an outdoor patio, this place is all about the fish (including the nicely nautical decor). Yellowtail snapper, one of the moistest, most flavorful local fish, is served seven different ways, including jerked, stuffed with crab, and grilled with fresh spices. During stone-crab season (mid-October to mid-May), get in on the all-you-can-eat special. Typically Keys, the service is uneven at best, but the black beans and rice and the burgers settle the score.
