If you want easy access to Everglades and Biscayne national parks as well as the Florida Keys, you'll be well placed at this pretty, modern, two-story motel two blocks off the Florida Turnpike. Standard rooms, done in tropical colors, have two queen-size beds or one king-size bed. Rooms around the lushly landscaped pool cost the most. There's high-speed Internet access available in the rooms, plus Wi-Fi in the lobby. All rooms are nonsmoking. Pros: convenient to national parks and Keys; business services; pretty pool area. Cons: traffic noise; generic rooms; fills up fast during high season.
