Café Dufrain

Fodor's Review:

Dogs can tag along if you dine on the patio at pet-friendly Café Dufrain, a riverside eatery popular with an upscale crowd. For a little something that will bring your taste buds alive, try the red chile-marinated filet mignon delivered with sweet-corn risotto and tomato salsa. You'll also enjoy Dufrain's cioppino, a delightful dish inhabited by sea bass, lobster, shrimp, and chorizo. Seal the deal with the mango cheesecake. In mild weather, opt for the waterfront view of downtown Tampa—even if you don't have Fido in tow.
