2 East El Camino Real

Fodor's Review:

Built in 1925 as the headquarters of the Mizner Development Corporation, 2 East El Camino Real is an example of Mizner's characteristic Spanish Revival architectural style, with its wrought-iron grilles and handmade tiles. As for Mizner's grandiose vision of El Camino Real, the architect-promoter once prepared brochures promising a sweeping wide boulevard with Venetian canals and arching bridges. Camino Real is attractive, heading east to the Boca Raton Resort & Club, but don't count on feeling like you're in Venice.
