Bradley Park Hotel Review
This Palm Beach landmark, built in 1924, has the feel of an Italian villa. Rooms are equipped with comfortable pillow-top mattresses, fine European embroidered linens and towels, and polished hardwood floors. There are also high-tech touches like flat-screen TVs. Outside you'll find a tranquil setting in the courtyard and tropical gardens. Coco Palm Beach, a very good Asian restaurant, is located on the first floor. Shops, other restaurants and galleries are close by.

Not what you expect on Palm Beach!
Their website is misleading, so beware. You think you are going to be staying in a nice Palm Beach hotel, but it's more like a musty old house.
?I was planning on spending a week, but checked out after one night and paid an early departure penalty. ?I stayed in a Suite, so not their cheapest room and the windows didn't open. The hotel is lacking in basic hotel expectations and customer service. The front desk isn't open 24 hrs. There was no one to help bring my bags to my room. The suite had a full kitchen, but there were no plates, silverware or paper towels. Their restaurant is very limited and there was no room service menu provided. The internet was not available in my room as advertised and there was no proper common area for internet access. They expect you to sit in a tiny foyer with no work area. Also, there is no fitness center as advertised. The tv in the bedroom was outdated and tiny.... not up to today's standards.?
When I returned home, I contacted the hotel three times and was told the manager was going to refund my early departure penalty and call me, but I received neither. ?I was very disappointed with this hotel, their attitude and zero customer service.?
There are so many deals out there, be advised, you can do much better for your money than the Bradley Park Hotel.
