Chef Kenny Gilbert of TV's Top Chef oversees the kitchen at this contemporary eatery, located at the PGA National Resort & Spa. The menu features beef and seafood dishes made with locally grown organic produce. Choices include she-crab soup with sherry and grilled filet mignon. The chic lobby restaurant and the adjoining bar share an extensive wine cellar and a room for private wine tastings. On Thursday nights, a DJ plays music from 6 until 9.
