Fodor's Review:

In the Chesterfield Hotel, this enclave feels like an exclusive club. Choose a cozy banquette for privacy, or a table near the open kitchen for a view of all the action. Start with sweet-corn-and-crab chowder with Peruvian purple potato or a jumbo crab cakes, then move on to the prime strip steak or a glazed rack of lamb. As the night progresses, the Leopard is transformed into a popular nightclub for Palm Beach's old guard.
