By far the largest property in Delray Beach, this five-story hotel has a stellar location at the east end of Atlantic Avenue. It sits across the road from the beach and is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and galleries. Rooms and suites are spacious, and many have stunning ocean views. If you want a bit of pampering, there's also a spa. The free-form pool is surrounded by a comfortable deck. Pros: great location; near nightlife; luxurious spa. Cons: sprawling resort; chain-hotel feel; service can be impersonal.
