Seminole Inn Review

Once the Seaboard Air Line Railroad's southern headquarters, this Mediterranean-revival inn has original touches like cypress ceilings and pine floors. It's run by Jonnie Wall Flewelling, a fifth-generation native. Fox hunters and fishing aficionados are fans of this inn, but it's got enough charm to attract everyone. The restaurant serves the finest fried-green tomatoes around. Carpeted rooms are done in country ruffles, and there are rocking chairs on the porch. There's Indiantown memorabilia in the lobby, a sitting area on the second floor, and good local art throughout.
