At this 23-acre wild kingdom there are more than 125 species of animals, from Florida panthers to the giant Aldabra tortoise. Here you'll find the country's first outdoor exhibit of Goeldi's monkeys. The Tropics of America exhibit has 6 acres of rain forest plus an aviary, Maya ruins, and an Amazon River village. This was a one-tiger zoo until late 2006 when a set of Malayan tiger brothers was added to the mix. Also notable are a nature trail, the otter exhibit, a children's petting zoo, and a restaurant overlooking the river.
